Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with our product, feel free to contact us at MauveMLLC@gmail.com regarding any returns or refunds.
All items must be in its original packaging and condition, and returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. There is a 30% restocking fee for returned items. We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter the wrong shipping address.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Shipping and insurance are non-refundable.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
- To begin the return/exchange process, please send an email to MauveMLLC@gmail.com and include your order number, reason for requesting a(n) return/exchange, and also attach pictures if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Once your email is received, our team will review the request and will reply via email within 24-48 hours.
- If your return is approved, we’ll send a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Do not mail your purchase back to the shipping address.
- Once the item is received by our team, you will receive a confirmation email and the option to be refunded your original form of payment within 3-5 business days or a replacement item within 3-5 business days.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your tracking number states that your order was delivered, but you have not receive it, we have to rely on the tracking number. A validated claim ID from the local post office is required before a replacement can be requested.
A 30% restocking fee is charged for most items.
