Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE

If you are unsatisfied with our product, feel free to contact us at MauveMLLC@gmail.com regarding any returns or refunds. 

All items must be in its original packaging and unused condition, and returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. There is a 30% restocking fee for returned items. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  Shipping and insurance are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter the wrong shipping address.


Returns
Please contact MauveMLLC@gmail.com and provide your order number and any information as to why you are requesting a refund. Please also attach pictures of the damaged or incorrect item within your email. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Do not mail your purchase back to the shipping address.

Defective Items

For defective items, please email MauveMLLC@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will cover the cost of return shipping and replace the item.

If you feel that the item you received differs greatly as described in our listing, please email MauveMLLC@gmail.com. Please include at least 1 photo so our team can see the difference to better help you. In most instances, we will cover the cost of return shipping and replace the item.

We cannot accept exchanges of engraved or personalized item sales.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

If an order is lost during transit, please contact us for a replacement. If the tracking number states that your order was delivered, but you did not receive it, we will rely on the tracking number. Please submit a claim to your local post office. Once reviewed and approved, a replacement will be sent.


Returned to Sender
If the wrong address is provided, and the order is returned to us, we will reship it to you.  You will need to pay a new shipping and handling fee to cover the costs of reshipping.  If you choose not to have us reship the order, a refund will be provided, minus the original shipping costs, priority processing and/or insurance.  Please note that there is a 30% restocking fee.  

If you provided the correct address, we will reship the order to the same address free of charge.  Any changes will require a new shipping and handling fee. 


Order Cancellation

All of our printed on demand products for each customer are processed at the time of purchase.  Because of this, we can only cancel or modify orders within the first 12 hours after purchase.  Orders for Apparel, Mugs, and Ornaments cannot be cancelled or modified.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please email MauveMLLC@gmail.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Payment Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember to allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
